FOR LADIES WHO WANT TO CRUSH THEIR OUTDOOR GOALS

My goal is to empower women to CRUSH their outdoor goals. I love the outdoors and my clients do too. I love fitness because it improves my hiking, skiing, running and rock climbing. The muscles we build at home make us stronger and ready to take on any challenge.

Food is FUEL. That’s it. Sure it tastes good too, but if you want to dawn patrol mountains before work, you’re going to need the energy that the right food gives you to do your best outside.

You DO Have Enough Time

We like to use the excuse that we don’t have enough time to do things that we know are good for us. I’m here to break that negative thought cycle. You DO have enough time to take care of yourself, to put your health first. To be strong and to eat healthy. Do you have enough time to be injured, hungry or weak? I didn’t think so.
